We have really enjoyed our lighting design and home automation system that you guys installed last year. When we had a problem your technicians arrived and knew exactly how to troubleshoot the problem with our home theater. It is nice to know that Illuminations Lighting Design is there everytime when we need them!

The outdoor lighting in the front and back yard is simply spectacular. The pathway leading from the house to the stables is a bit dark. Contact me about adding a few more outdoor path lights. I cannot say enough obout the lighting in the pool area and the rock waterfall. You guys should do a commercial here!

Doing business with your lighting design firm has been a pleasure. It is rare to find a company that functions as well as yours. First – when you came to my house, I could tell that you knew your business and how to properly solve my problem. Second – when I told Mary Ann Bryan I met you and you were going to do my work, she was very complimentary of you and your organization. Third – when I talked with “Mia” to schedule the work, she was very cooperative and scheduled the work to be done both times exactly when I wanted it done. Fourth – when “Cesar” and his helper arrived, they came at the appointed time, they were very polite and quiet, it was obvious they knew what to do and worked efficiently. I presented Cesar with a problem concerning my electrical system. After considering several ways of solving the problem, he came up with what was by far the best solution. He is able to think through a problem and come up with the proper solution. Not every person can do that. Fifth – your invoice is the best designed one I have seen.

Tom, I wanted to commend you on a job well done! Illuminations recently finished a landscape lighting job on a residence…over on Mandell and it looked beautiful. The homeowners had a big party the other evening and the lights just made the exterior of the home–they made it all the better. Your outdoor lighting design is fantastic!

Tom, your outside tree lights were the hit of our party. They looked great. We really appreciate your work. I wouldn’t be surprised if you get a couple of referrals from the deal. The light detectors on the back of the house look great as well. Overall, we just thrilled how everything came out.

I just wanted to thank you for helping us with our Vantage lighting control system that was damaged during a lightning storm. We had no power, no lighting and extensive damage as a result of the hit. Your AV technician was very helpful, and solved the problem lighting by installing and programming a new Vantage processor. The outdoor lighting crew was equally as responsive in repairing the landscape lighting system! Thanks!

I could not be more pleased with my Lutron Homeworks lighting control system and home theater. Having tried another company I know now why people hire Illuminations Lighting Design in the first place. Thanks for getting me back on track and making my dreams become a reality!

I just wanted you to know that we get many compliments from our friends and family on both your interior and exterior home lighting designs. I am so happy that I hired Illuminations to work on my new home. Of all the subcontractors on the project, you are the only guys who are on top of their game. It is so nice to have one vendor that can do the lighting design, electrical contracting, home automation and landscape lighting. I am anxious to move in and start playing with some of my new toys. Thanks!

Mrs. Randolph called to say that she really appreciates the service and lighting she received over the years with our company. She has sold her home in the River Oaks area and moved to Chicago but wanted to let you know that she does not think she will find a fine art lighting company like yours in Chicago and thanks again for the wonderful work you did at her home @ 55 West Terrace Drive.

The wedding is over and all went very well. All the “older” relatives got here and back to Wisconsin and Michigan safely. Several times when I have been out in the front yard people have stopped and asked who did the landscape lighting. You may be getting some calls. Everything looks just wonderful! The roses are just breathtaking under the new outside tree lighting. I love just walking up to the front door. A lady stopped by just this morning and commented how good it looks at night. Thank you.

I had to go out of town tonight, but left the gate open in case anyone came in to adjust the lighting. I thought you said it would be necessary for someone to come by and make the necessary changes at night. We are very pleased with the way the lighting looks — I just wanted your technicians to do the “tweaking”. Your employees have been easy to work with, They all seen to work very hard. We appreciate the fact that this job was a real push and the outdoor lighting maintanence was done professionally. Thank you!

Thanks so much for the quick response from both of you! I didn’t expect the guys to be out here first thing this morning. They really work fast. I am so proud of my recessed art lighting…it looks great.
