Tom, Pablo and his helper are incredible electricians. We had a series of lights go out and they traced down the problem, repaired the lights and installed new dimmer switches. They are unbelievable and such professionals at what they do. It is a pleasure working with Illuminations Lighting Design as you always take care of me and make me feel special. We had light Phantom recessed light strips installed in 18 shelves around our fireplace to illuminate a mineral and fossil collection.  The crew showed up on time, did a fantastic job and fully cleaned the area.  We’re very happy with the workmanship and results – the price was great too.

Tom, we really like our new LED kitchen counter lights with the changes your electricians made on Monday. The lighting look very nice and works well. Cesar and his co-worker were outstanding in their efficiency and creativeness in addressing our concerns on the original lighting. I think you have a good crew there, capable and professional in dealing with your customers. I also want to thank you for your patience and standing behind your product to make sure we were completely satisfied with the new lighting. I will not hesitate to recommend Illuminations to other customers.

Illuminations is EXCEPTIONAL.  My initial consultation and installation was 5 years ago..and the exceptional service continues.  The customer service is just incredible!  Chris is fantastic..always available, approachable and responds almost immediately!! (He IS MY FAVORITE) Gonzalo is polite, skilled and a huge asset to the Illuminations team.  I truly cannot say enough about the Illuminations team..skill, artistry, talent and SERVICE.  These kind of businesses just don’t exist anymore.  They are EXCEPTIONAL.

Your folks are really great.  They are so professional and appear to enjoy what they are doing.  They seem to be very happy.  It’s a pleasure to have them here.

The fix was quite easy.  The feed for the failed landscape light circuit came off an old exterior outlet.  Over 35 years that original plug in the outlet got corroded.  I thought the problem might be in that outlet as the plug didn’t work but all the electrical sources upstream of the outlet did.  Your guy immediately diagnosed the problem and promptly fixed it.
